Our Mission
Our mission is to provide free diapers to babies while supporting families facing financial hardship and experiencing diaper need. We believe access to clean diapers is a basic human need, essential to the health and well-being of children.
Diaper need is the lack of a sufficient supply of diapers to keep a baby clean, dry and healthy. It is a serious issue that affects the physical, mental, and economic well-being of children and families. Nationality, 1 in 3 American families struggle to have a sufficient supply of baby diapers.
A Few Diaper Facts:

Public Assistance programs like SNAP or WIC, do not cover the costs of baby diapers or baby wipes.

Per child, a family is short 50 diapers on average per month.

Disposable diapers cost an average $70-$80 per month.

Infants can wear an average of 10-12 diapers a day, toddlers 8 per day.

Most childcare centers require a day's supply of disposable diapers.

A lack of big box stores in rural or urban areas make it more difficult for families with limited or no transportation to access discount pricing, which inevitably leads to a higher per-diaper cost for families experiencing limited funds.
The Columbus Diaper Coalition works to ensure families have a sufficient supply of diapers for their infants and toddlers. By strategically forming partnerships with local 501c3 agencies, we provide diapers, pull-ups and baby wipes, combining efforts to offer more comprehensive care for families and their children.

What can I do to help?

Financial contribution help us purchase diapers at bulk discount rates, maximizing each dollar.

Donate Diapers -We accept new, loose, open packs or sleeves of diapers in sizes newborn-size 7, pull-ups, swimmers, and baby wipes.

Volunteer - We welcome volunteer groups or individuals into our warehouse to help us pack diapers to be ready for distribution.
